Delivery is charged once per order, not per item.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days inside Pakistan. UAE orders take longer and we confirm the timing when you order. Once your order is on its way we will send you the tracking details.
We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control, but we will always help you chase an order.
The short version
If something is wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
What can be returned or exchanged
- Items that arrive damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered.
- Unworn, unwashed items still in their original packaging, with tags attached.
What cannot be returned
- Personalised and made-to-order items. Memory books, photo books and anything printed with your own names, dates or photos cannot be returned or exchanged, because they are made for you and cannot be resold. Please check your proof carefully before approving it.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items reported more than 7 days after delivery.
- Sale and discounted items. Anything bought in a sale or with a discount code is final.
How to start a return

- Send your order number and a photo of the item.
- We will confirm whether it qualifies and tell you where to send it.
Who pays for return delivery
If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover the return delivery. If you have changed your mind, the return delivery is yours to pay.
Refunds
Once we receive the item and check it, we will process your refund to the original payment method, or arrange an exchange if you prefer. Bank transfers are refunded to the account you paid from. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
