This explains what we collect when you use oopsies.store, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In plain English, not legal filler.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We need these to make and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
When you order a personalised item: whatever you send us for it — names, dates, photos, or a link to your photos. We use these only to make your item.
When you message us: your WhatsApp number or email address, and what you wrote.
Automatically: basic technical information such as your browser type and rough location (country level), which the site uses to show prices in the right currency and to keep your basket working.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details. We do not take card payments at all — you either pay cash on delivery or transfer the money through NayaPay, which happens in your own banking app.
Who else sees it
- Our courier gets your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there, under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
Photos you send us
Photos you send for a memory book or personalised item are used only to make that item. We do not publish them or use them in our own marketing unless you tell us we can.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember what is in your basket, keep you logged in if you have an account, and remember your currency. Turning them off in your browser will stop the basket working properly.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for our accounts. If you want your personal details removed, message us and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 331 5220258 or use the contact page.
Changes
If this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
