How do I pay?
Two ways. Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives, nothing needed up front. Or bank transfer through NayaPay to ayeshausman1@nayapay (account 0335-5545043), then send us the screenshot on WhatsApp. We confirm your order once the payment shows up.
Do you take cards?
Not yet. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are the two options at the moment.
I placed an order but heard nothing
If you paid by bank transfer, check that you sent us the screenshot — we can only confirm the order once we can see the payment. Message us on WhatsApp and we will look it up.
Delivery
What does delivery cost?
Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan, AED 15 to the UAE. Free on orders over Rs 5,000, wherever you are. Delivery is charged once per order, not per item.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days inside Pakistan. Orders to the UAE take a little longer, and we will confirm the timing with you when you order. If anything is running late, we will tell you.
Where do you deliver?
All over Pakistan, and to the United Arab Emirates. We are based in Islamabad.
Can I track my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you where it is.
Will you restock something that has sold out?
We print in small runs, so pieces often do not come back. If something you want is sold out, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether it is returning.
Sizing
How do your tees fit?
Oversized on purpose, unisex. They sit roomy by design. If you are between two sizes, size down for a closer fit.
Where are the measurements?
Every product page has a Size guide link next to the size buttons, with chest, length and shoulder measurements for each size. You can also read them on our size guide page.
Still not sure?
Message us on WhatsApp with your usual size and we will tell you what to pick. A person answers.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. The full details are on our shipping and returns page.
Can I return a sale item?
No. Anything bought in a sale or with a discount is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return a personalised item?
No. Memory books, photo books and anything printed with your own names, dates or photos cannot be returned or exchanged, because they are made for you and cannot be resold. We always send you a proof to approve before anything is printed, so please check it carefully.

What are the tees made of?
100% cotton, cut oversized, printed in-house with our own artwork in small runs.
How do I look after them?
Wash inside out, cold, and hang to dry. That keeps the print looking right for longer.
