By buying from oopsies.store you agree to the following. We have kept it short and readable.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We confirm your order once we have accepted it — and, if you paid by bank transfer, once we can see your payment. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees, or in dirhams if you are in the UAE. Prices can change, but not after we have confirmed your order.
You can pay cash on delivery, or by bank transfer through NayaPay. Bank transfer orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.
Products
We print in small runs, so an item may sell out and may not come back. Screen colours vary between devices, so a garment may look slightly different in person. Measurements on our size guide are of the garment and may vary slightly by design.
Personalised items
For memory books and anything made with your names, dates or photos, you approve a proof before we print. Once you approve it, we make it as approved — so please check spellings and photos carefully. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You confirm that you have the right to use any photos or text you send us.
Delivery
Delivery charges and timings are on our shipping and returns page. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or anything else outside our control, but we will always help you chase it.

The artwork, photographs, logo and text on this site belong to Oopsies. Please do not copy or reproduce them for your own products.
